At The Amazing Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, wish to exchange an item, or received a damaged product, please contact us at contact@theamazingcase.com, and we'll make things right!
Returns:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. If your item was damaged during shipping, please see our Damaged Items section below. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent to the manufacturer's address.
Damaged Items:
If your product was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer's defect, please notify our customer service department immediately and provide us with a picture of the damage and your order number, address, or full name. We will open a damage report with our manufacturer and process a full refund or reshipment, no questions asked.
Refunds:
If applicable, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of time.
Exchanges:
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at contact@theamazingcase.com, and we'll take care of it.
Shipping:
To return your product, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
